This pine cone necklace is substantial, with a nice weight to it. The pendant measures 7/8" or 22 mm including the bail. The cone comes from a hemlock, a common tree in Upstate New York. Cast in solid sterling silver, it hangs from a 16" or 18" 1 mm sterling silver ball chain. Oxidation emphasizes the detail.
