This series of etched brass pieces involves photo etching antique botanical illustrations (and some with my own drawings, coming soon) onto brass sheet, then sawing around the shapes. These are the first two...

Other new pieces include small hammered rings in bright sterling silver with bezel set labradorite...

...an oxidized version of my teardrop vine necklace...

...and a wide band ring I call "Shoreline Ring" with many different hammered textures...

I like the way the small hammer marks sparkle, and the larger ones (with a soft, almost matte finish) seem to glow.

This one is a stacking ring set using my fine silver chamomile flower on one of the rings. It's brightly burnished, while the ring bands are all hammered flat for a faceted surface and then matte finished...

I love the oxidized vine necklace. It really takes on a whole new look when oxidized. I like it both ways. It’s among my favorites! :)
